Gain a deeper understanding of both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes management. Personalized education tailored to your unique needs. Our sessions can include carbohydrate counting, label reading, individualized macronutrient calculation, insulin pump education, interpretation of CGM graphs, and diabetic technology recommendations, for ease of management.
Initial appointment: 1.5hrs
Follow Up appointment: 1 hr

Attitudes and Mindset
We live in a culture that promotes rigid beliefs in regards to dieting, body weight, and appearance. These beliefs often interfere with our healthy relationship with food and body image. We attempt to get to the bottom of the cause of the eating disorder, improve self talk and stabilize disordered eating patterns and weight.
We Believe In the Power of Scripture and of Prayer
Scripture changes our attitudes and beliefs, and prayer changes us. It changes our circumstances and those around us. It is our prayer that patients will be transformed by power of prayer and the " renewing of their minds" Romans 12:2
Nutrition
Adequate nutrition is essential for a healthy and happy life. We will gradually help patients learn to eat in a way that helps them feel their best and honors their innate worth.
Spiritual Gifts and Destiny
We believe each individual is unique, according to God's design. Obsession with body weight and food often distract us from our true purpose. Our goal is to help patients find a healthy relationship with food and body image so that God's true purpose for their lives can be realized!
I have seen family, friends and patients be affected by both diabetes and eating disorders during my career. It has become my passion to help these people live healthier, happier lives!
